London Transport Museum Official London Zoo Chameleon Print

A striking official London Transport Museum print of a London Zoo chameleon poster from 1935. The original poster was issued to promote the number 74 bus route, which stopped at Regents Park. Interestingly, as was the reputation of London Zoo, it could just be referred to as “The Zoo”.

The print measures 30 cm (w) x 40 cm (h) and has been digitally printed on Mondi 250gsm smooth paper.

The original design was created by Oleg Zinger who worked for London Transport between 1933 and 1937. This was one of many London Zoo posters Zinger designed during his career.
